You never know the potential of your students. It's our privilege and responsibility to move them forward one step at a time. To inspire a mind is exciting! We can't wait to see what they will grow up to be.
You have to be defeated in order to have the desire to be better at something. I believe students and people need to struggle to appreciate what they earn whether it be new skills, talents, money etc. You learn what you really care about by losing. When you lose and don't try to improve then you realize you are not interested in that particular thing. I think people practice and improve upon what they really love to do or really want. This video makes students realize everyone fails at one point or another and that it is OK to mess up and move on!
